This is the The Barrel House Distillery which was once part of the bottling plant of the old distillery on this site.
This is the Distillery all in one room. The boxes contain the empty bottles.
This is the still with the condenser attached.
The Barrel store.
This is the Ethanol from the distilling called the heads.
It is being sold to a chemical company.
This is the mash fermenting.
Unfortunately they sold out so we couldn't try it.
This is their Vodka.
Now there's a thought.
The original distillery when it was in production.
The present one is the building on the bottom left.

The last of the Craft Tour Distilleries.
Willetts is part of a large company and have only been distilling hear since 2012.
Willett's did not distill any Bourbon from the early 1980's till 2012.
so if you enjoy it be aware that it is bought in from another Distiller.
Nice new and shiney
Their version of a Pot Still.
Big Cookers
The mash tups here are that much larger.
Once the mash has been pumped into the still it is then pumped underground to the Barrel house,
into these large tanks.
The bar ells are filled here. Then moved into the bay.
The barrels are rolled down the track and then into the Rick House.
This is where they stay for 6 years up.
The Rick Houses through a Bourbon Blur!!!!!
Some of the late Fall colours.
Nearly the end... by now we were getting a bit bored with stills, mash, grains, white dog etc
