This is a first for us, but this motel is so different we thought it is interesting
enough to have in the blog.
It is located in Terlingua, we stayed here while visiting Big Bend.
It has No T.V, No WiFi, No Breakfast, No Telephone, No ice machine!!!
Had to buy ice in the store.
A Porch with chairs, looks good.
The room is small, clean and comfortable.
Not much room
I can sit in my chair and I have a choice - feet on or under the bed.
The Boss has some leg room but to go to the bathroom or go outside she has to stand up!!!
The chairs are metal but really comfortable.
First time we have had two sets of towels, one for washing and a Purple set
to clean up things like your shoes or cover the chairs or
cleaning up puddles!!!

Views from our Porch. No lights so after sunset it is really dark
and has one of the clearest skies in the US.
Neighbours ? That is an R.V/ /Caravan which forms part of the house.
The little green cabin is also part of the motel,
ours was just a standard room!!!!
That Purple building is one of the Luxury rooms.
(Still same No T.V etc.)
Looks like a squatter on the porch???
Just kidding. Welcome to my kitchen, note strategic placing of cooking needs.
For U.K. readers that bottle of wine is 1.5 litres.
Steak and Salad for Dinner.
