Rhyolite a ghost town on the edge of Death Valley.

By 1907, Rhyolite had electric lights, water mains, telephones, newspapers, a hospital, a school an opera house and a stock exchange. It's population was between 3,500 & 5,000 at the height of the Gold Rush!!
Most of he mines were worked out by 1920 and the population fell to zero.
