Catching up with a few pictures we have taken since returning from the USA

We have taken lots of photos since we got home, this is a chance

for some of our overseas readers to get a look at the U.K.

February and Winter is very much still here!Taking this opportunity 

This is the joy of winter from outside our house (first 3 pictures). 

The rest are taken in the village.

Unfortunately the local authority haven't bothered to send out anyone to clear the ROADS!!!!!

It's that cold even the canal has frozen over, No brass Monkeys in site, just a couple of local idiots wandering about.

                     You feel sorry for the poor Moorhen.

       "I suppose you think that's funny, I can't even sit down"

                         I bet they haven't let many canal boats.

Hooray here comes the thaw, now we wait for the floods!

Two days after the snow started they shut  one  of the  two roads out of the village to carry out repairs???
